Since 2.2 my iphone crashes very regularly. It freezes and has to be restarted usually when attempting to use an application that uses the keyboard, or sending SMS.

It’s the little things I like (on top of the podcast downloads). Pushing the “home” button actually takes you home when your on your your Nth page of apps. Sorting apps by top paid/top free/release date (i think thats new, right?).

No Problems really, so far had one crash when bringing up my contacts list. Other than that the transit directions included on the Map App is amazing and it works in Vancouver.

Interesting thoughts on firmware 2.2

I”m still in love with the new Emoji icons under the japanese keyboard. I know it’s a little hack to get them working… but they are just too cool to pass by.

I think the 2.2 is a step forward in the right direction. New features, bug fixes. What’s not to like! Certain people will be disappointed that it ‘didn’t include’ features like copy-paste, but why take that out on 2.2?

Overall great update. And oh, for the rest of the world Street View is pointless (I don’t know how useful it is for americans)
