If you’re looking to sync contacts between the Android and iPhone/iPad fear not– it’s not that messy at all.
I have a Nexus One (Android) device running 2.1 but I’m hoping this method will work for most Android users. I’d love to hear your input.

Here’s a way to do it :

1. Go to “contacts” on your Nexus One. In the settings you will see an option to export contacts to SD card. Go ahead, export.

2. With the device mounted to your desktop, make sure the file you exported is on the SD card. It exported my contacts list to a file called ” 00001.vcf… Continue Reading

While the iPad is changing the way we read books, developers are hard at work bringing life to our favourite publications; books, magazines and newspapers.

Pop-up books aren’t just for kids– not on the iPad.

The Pilgrim’s Progress from This World to That Which Is to Come, a 300 year old Christian allegory, is currently being transformed into an interactive pop-up book and it appears to be a sweet experience. As far as I’m aware this will be the first book on the iPad to digitize the tradition pop-up style.

Here is an inspirational demo of Pilgrim’s Progress, a project Tako Games has yet release for the iPad. This is an exciting example of what’s to come for the iPad.

If you’ve just purchased an iPad, as I did, you might not feel like spending another small fortune on apps — so I’ve create an “all-free” round-up.

You may notice Netflix is missing. Don’t be alarmed, I didn’t overlook it. Unfortunately in countries (not the U.S) there are a lack of quality media-content apps available. Apps like Netflix and ABC have proudly made their way on many “ top iPad app” lists but not this one, not here in Canada.
